I always feel at home in the studio. I can get completely lost working on details to the extent that I completely forget the time. Recording, mixing, and mastering music has been a fascination of mine since I started making music, in the way that I wanted to figure everything out and learn as much as I could.

This was the first album I produced all by myself, taking a number of existing songs and arranging them in such a way that they sounded cohesive. I did this by arranging all the songs for the same ensemble. This meant that I sometimes had to add or adjust parts for this new arrangement.

This is a series of audio tours for various art locations in Leidsche Rijn. Each story tells something about the relationship between the history and current state of the location in question. For the sound design, the challenge was to create an atmosphere that takes the listener into the story.
Christmas placemat/Listen Story for Jantje Beton

This audio story was for a Christmas campaign by Jantje Beton. This was the first time I wrote specifically for small children as a target audience. How do I create an atmosphere that contributes to the story without making it obviously "red on red"? How do I give the story a counter color that is still easy to follow and understand? These were the questions I had to answer for myself.
